Wanda Little

Wanda Ann Rogers Little, 58, passed away at her residence in Smithville on Sunday, September 27, 2026.  She was born in Amory to Kelly Rogers and Annie Mae Brown Maxey.  Wanda attended Amory Schools.  She was a devoted homemaker most of her adult life.  Wanda loved her boys, Anthony and Nathan.  Her life revolved around her family and she was a proud and loving grandmother.  She shared a close bond with her cousins and enjoyed keeping up with them.  Wanda loved nothing more than to cook a meal and have all of her family around the table.  She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and had attended Smithville Baptist Church for the last several years when her health allowed.  

Wanda is survived by her step father, Sidney Maxey, Smithville; sons, Anthony Little (Tiffany), Smithville and Nathan Little, Smithville; brother, Scottie Rogers, Golden; granddaughter, Kaylin Little; niece, Kellie Rogers; nephew, Jonathan Rogers (Megan); a host of cousins.

Wanda is preceded in death by her mother, Annie Maxey; father, Kelly Rogers; brothers, Randy Rogers and Ricky Rogers.

Funeral Services for Wanda will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home in Amory.  Burial will follow in Hatley Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 5 PM until 7 PM.
