Steven Tubbs

Steven Lee “Mustang” Tubbs, 58, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at his home in Quincy.  He was born on April 16, 1966 in Amory to Ellis and Elizabeth Parrish Tubbs.  Steven was a graduate of Hatley High School and was a truck driver all his life until his health failed.  He liked to fish, ride horses, raise a garden, and racing.

A visitation will be on Thursday evening, May 16, 2024 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Tubbs of Hatley; one son, Daniel Tubbs (Brittany) of Hatley; two brothers, Jeff Tubbs of Amory and Michael Tubbs (Cindy) of Hatley; two sisters, Ann Hood (Billy Ray) of Amory and Sandra Barnett of Amory; two grandchildren, McKarlee Tubbs and Preston Tubbs, and a host of cousins, aunts, and uncles; and special friends, Wanda Arnold, Michael Palmer, Adam Grimes, and Phillip Hathcock.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ellis Tubbs; and grandparents, Preston and Wilma Tubbs and Lorse and Laverne Parrish.
