Patricia Ann Hathcock, 72 passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021. She was born in Lee County, Mississippi to the late Gerald Lee Long, Jr. and Emma Oswalt Long Simmons. Pat married Wilburn Hathcock on March 15, 1968. She retired as a supervisor from the are garment industry. Pat most cherished gifts were her 4 children and she took great pride and devotion in being their mother. She was even more blessed when the grandchildren came along and loved every minute spent with them. Pat enjoyed gospel music, her dog Harley and just spending time loafing around with Wilburn. To know Pat was to love her and her uplifting personality. She attended both Bethlehem Baptist Church and New Vision Church of God.
She is survived by her husband, Wilburn Hathcock, Greenwood Springs; daughter, Stacey McCoy (Jason), Greenwood Springs; sons, Jason Hathcock (Adrienne), Vernon, Kevin Hathcock (Candace), Baldwyn and Scotty Hathcock (Sabrina), Nettleton; sisters, Linda Randolph (Buster), Nettleton, Sandra Ladner (Mike) Kiln, MS and Sharon Nosalik (Stephen), Pass Christian, MS; grandchildren, Jessica Hathcock (Timmy Rogers), Kody Hathcock (Lauren), Kyle Hathcock, CJ, Lance, Doris, Hunter Bennett (Taylor), Bethany West (Anthony), Samantha Leech, Noah Bennett, Brac Hathcock, Jace Hathcock, Haden Hathcock, Logan Walden, Haley, Hunter, John and Brianna; great grandchildren, Lillianna Mitchell, Jackson Hathcock, Sawyer Anderson, Toby West, Josie West, Bennett West and Dakota; a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Gerald Long and a grandson, Dustin Egger.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home with Bro. BJ Mills, Bro. Jesse Strider and Bro. Lance Murray officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kody, Kyle, Brac, Jace and Haden Hathcock, Hunter and Noah Bennett, Lance Hall and CJ.
Visitation will be Saturday evening at the funeral home from 5-8 PM and will continue on Sunday until the service hour.
