Norma Atkinson

Norma Alice Atkinson, 80, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at her home.  She was born on April 19, 1943 in Casey, IL to Bill and Genevieve Howard Lowe.  She and her husband owned and operated Atkinson’s Steak House for 20 years which was a staple in the community.  Norma loved to shop, have coffee with her friends, and spend time with her family.

A private family service will be at a later date.

She is survived by her husband, Pete Atkinson of Smithville; 4 daughters, Sherry Edwards (Randy), Katherine Poole, Carol Morris, and Debra Gray; one son, Ronnie Atkinson; 7 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and by one brother, Jim Lowe.
