Matthew Brown

Matthew Wade Brown, 56, passed away in Marion County, AL. Born on August 26, 1968 in Tupelo, Mississippi, he was a son to Jessie Brown and Barbara Davis Sanderson. He was a graduate of Smithville High School and he worked in construction most of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. 

 Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home with Bro. Zack Cox officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Sanderson, Smithville; father, Jessie Brown, Amory; two brothers, Mike Sanderson (Melinda), Smithville and Mitchell Brown (Anita), Brewer; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Brown; stepmother, Mildred Brown; and stepfather, James Sanderson.

Visitation will be on Monday from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
