Juanita Huntley

Alice Juanita Dean Huntley, 89, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2026 at North Mississippi Medical Center- Gilmore in Amory.  She was born in Amory on April 8, 1937 to the late Reldon Clinton Dean and Alice Ozelle Jones Dean.  She married the late Curly Huntley.  Juanita worked 32 years with the Dollar General and retired as a store manager in Amory.  She loved her job, especially getting to visit with her customers and co workers.  She also enjoyed being with her family and taking care of cats.  

Juanita is survived by her brother, Junior Dean (Dot), Bigbee; grandchildren, April Smith and Dylan Bennett.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Larry Bennett; sister, Margaret Faye Underwood.

Services will be held later.
