Danny Tubb

Danny Phil Tubb, 74, began his new life in Heaven on May 22, 2026. He was born in Hatley, Mississippi, to the late Daniel “Dan” Tubb and Clara Cain Tubb, on March 20, 1952. Danny grew up in Hatley and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1969. He married Judy Faye Chism of Becker, MS, in December 1970, and together they welcomed their son, Daniel Patrick Tubb. Danny proudly served for 10½ years before beginning a long and successful career as a construction contractor in the Atlanta area, following in his father’s footsteps.  After retirement, Danny and Judy moved to Sebastian, Florida, where they built cherished friendships and found joy in their church community. Danny loved golfing and playing the guitar, and he treasured the simple moments shared with family and friends.

Danny is survived by his wife, Judy Chism Tubb of Pensacola, FL; his son, Daniel Tubb (Ashley) of Indialantic, FL; his twin brother, Eddy Tubb (Martha) of Pensacola, FL; his brother, Ronnie Tubb; and his grandsons, Gabriel and Grayson Tubb. He is also remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenny Tubb.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Leonard Street Church of Christ, 2730 W Leonard Street, Pensacola, FL, 32505.
