Bobbie McNeese

Bobbie Glenn Kimbrough McNeese, 84, passed away ate her residence in Amory on May 5, 2026. Bobbie was born in Quincy on July 12, 1941 to the late Armon and Eulah Easter Kimbrough. She was a graduate of Hatley High School and married James Bryant McNeese on June 1, 1964. Bobbie was a faithful and devoted wife and mother. She took great pride in making her house a home by caring for and tending to the needs of her family. She also baby sat for those in the community. Bobbie enjoyed shopping, cooking for her family, taking cruises and going to the mountains. Bobbie was a faithful Christian and devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church, actively serving in all areas of the church. She adored her family and loved spending time with them, especially the babies.

Bobbie is survived by her daughters, Cindy Waycaster (Rodney), Amory and Amy McNeese, Amory; son, Anthony McNeese (Betty), Amory; sister, Martha Howell (Bobby), Amory; grandchildren, Matthew Waycaster, Caleb Waycaster, Joshua Waycaster, Jonathan Waycaster, Anna Marie Murphy, Tabitha Goodin and Kayla Branham; great grandchildren, Carson Waycaster, Kylie Waycaster, Ava Rose Waycaster, Drennon Waycaster, Alli Waycaster, Ashton Waycaster, Rollins Murphy, Chloe Murphy, Jon Isaac Goodin, Jolee Goodin, Ella Rose Branham, Baylor Branham, Sadie Waycaster, Charlie Kay Waycaster and Truett Waycaster and one on the way.

In addition to her parents and husband, Bobbie is preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy McNeese.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Calvary Baptist Church with Bro. Rodney Waycaster and Bro. Lloyd Sweatt officiating. Burial will follow in Durrett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Waycaster, Caleb Waycaster, Jonathan Waycaster, Joshua Waycaster, Jonathan Goodin, Evan Branham and Brandon Murphy.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Cleveland Moffett Funeral from 5-7 PM. Bobbie will lie in state at the church on Friday from 1 PM until the service hour.
