Amy Mize

Amy Marie Mize, age 37, of Amory, Mississippi, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1988, in Amory. Amy was a 2006 graduate of Hatley High School. She was known for her fun-loving spirit, big heart, and her love for life’s simple joys. She enjoyed watching movies and going shopping with her girls, and most of all, she cherished every moment spent with them. Amy loved Canes, the color pink, and always made sure to look her best wherever she went. Amy’s kindness and generosity will continue to live on through her selfless decision to be an organ donor, giving the gift of life to others.

She is survived by her Stepfather, Joseph Redden; Stepmother, Lisa Redden; Husband, Lucas Jimenez; Daughters, Lydiah, Alyssia, and Sofia Jimenez, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

In addition to her Mother, Cathy Redden, Amy is preceded in death by her Uncle, David Willhite, Grandparents Irene and Verlon Willhite, and Mother in Law, Cathy Jimenez.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday October 26, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home in Amory with Bro. Robert Fowlkes officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbriar Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12-1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Welch, J.J. Morris, Michael Jimenez, Doug Davis, Michael Dvauld, Wesley Moss, Trip Hornbuckle, and Adam Smith.
