Connie Lee Weaver, 67, died on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at his home. He was born in Amory on October 5, 1950. Connie lived his life from one adventure to the next. From mining diamonds in West Africa to being stranded off the coast of Cuba, he was a world traveler. As a crane operator for 40+ years he worked on many projects he was proud of, everything from Las Vegas casinos to The Grand Canyon Skywalk. He also made time to spend with his family, friends and of course later in life his faithful companion Duke. Connie was loved and respected by many. He was also known to help anyone who needed it. He never met a stranger and became fast friends with most everyone he met. He was a loving friend, son, brother, uncle, father and grandfather.
